Our founder, Devin Chaulk, spent years watching the real estate industry treat clients like commissions. He saw agents who overpromised and underdelivered, who vanished after the contract was signed, and who treated marketing as an afterthought. He knew there had to be a better way — a way rooted in service, guided by integrity, and powered by excellence. So he built Highland Home Team to be the team he'd want his own family to hire.
